Ingredients
- Fresh Peaches
- 2, sliced
- Fresh Nectarines
- 2, sliced
- Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups, plain or flavored
- Granola
- 1 cup
- Honey
- 3 tablespoons, or to taste
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- for garnish
Instructions
- In a glass or parfait dish, layer half of the sliced peaches at the bottom.
- Add a layer of Greek yogurt on top of the peaches, using about 1/2 cup.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the yogurt layer, adjusting to your desired sweetness.
- Add a layer of sliced nectarines on top of the yogurt.
- Repeat the layers: add the remaining peaches, yogurt, and nectarines, finishing with a final layer of yogurt.
- Top the final yogurt layer with granola, about 1/2 cup.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
