Original recipe serves 4

Fresh Peaches
2, sliced
Fresh Nectarines
2, sliced
Greek Yogurt
2 cups, plain or flavored
Granola
1 cup
Honey
3 tablespoons, or to taste
Fresh Mint Leaves
for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a glass or parfait dish, layer half of the sliced peaches at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of Greek yogurt on top of the peaches, using about 1/2 cup.
  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the yogurt layer, adjusting to your desired sweetness.
  4. Add a layer of sliced nectarines on top of the yogurt.
  5. Repeat the layers: add the remaining peaches, yogurt, and nectarines, finishing with a final layer of yogurt.
  6. Top the final yogurt layer with granola, about 1/2 cup.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the layers of flavor!
