Ingredients

- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Jalapeno (1, seeded and finely chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Ripe nectarines (2, diced)
- Ripe peaches (2, diced)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, diced nectarines, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
- Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
