Ingredients

  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Jalapeno (1, seeded and finely chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Ripe nectarines (2, diced)
  • Ripe peaches (2, diced)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, diced nectarines, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
  2. Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
