Salt
for rimming the glasses
Ice
2 cups
Simple syrup
1/2 cup (or to taste)
Fresh lime juice
1/4 cup
Triple sec
1/4 cup
Tequila
1 cup
Ripe plums
2, pitted and sliced
Ripe peaches
2, pitted and sliced

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your glasses: rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip them into a plate of salt to create a flavorful rim.
  2. In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, sliced plums, tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and ice.
  3. Blend the mixture on high until smooth and well combined, adjusting the sweetness with additional simple syrup if desired.
