Peach and Plum Salsa

This refreshing salsa combines the sweetness of peaches and plums with a hint of spice.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Jalapeno (1, seeded and finely chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Plums (2, diced)
  • Peaches (2, diced)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced peaches, plums, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
