Peach and Raspberry Martini

Take a sip of summer with this Peach and Raspberry Martini. The gentle sweetness of ripe peaches and the tartness of fresh raspberries are married wonderfully in this cocktail, whisking you away to sunny orchard meadows with every sip. Originating from the classic martini, this fruity twist not only refreshes but also adds a vibrant punch of color to your cocktail hour.

Serves 1

Ingredients

Ice cubes
1 cup
Simple syrup
1 ounce
Fresh raspberries
8-10
Fresh peaches
1 medium, pitted and sliced
Raspberry liqueur
1 ounce
Peach vodka
2 ounces
Fresh raspberry or peach slice
1 (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a sturdy cocktail shaker, combine the fresh peach slices and raspberries. Muddle them together until the fruit is broken down and has released its juices.
  2. Add the peach vodka, raspberry liqueur, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and secure the lid tightly.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty and cold.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass, making sure to catch any fruit pulp.
  6. Garnish with a fresh raspberry or peach slice on the rim of the glass.
  7. Serve immediately and savor the burst of summer in your glass!

Tips

  • 💡 For an extra touch of sweetness, try rimming your glass with sugar before pouring the cocktail.
  • 💡 For a non-alcoholic version, replace the vodka and liqueur with peach and raspberry juices respectively.
