Peach and Raspberry Martini
Take a sip of summer with this Peach and Raspberry Martini. Originating from the classic martini, this fruity twist not only refreshes but also adds a vibrant punch of color to your cocktail hour.
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup
- Simple syrup
- 1 ounce
- Fresh raspberries
- 8-10
- Fresh peaches
- 1 medium, pitted and sliced
- Raspberry liqueur
- 1 ounce
- Peach vodka
- 2 ounces
- Fresh raspberry or peach slice
- 1 (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a sturdy cocktail shaker, combine the fresh peach slices and raspberries. Muddle them together until the fruit is broken down and has released its juices.
- Add the peach vodka, raspberry liqueur, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and secure the lid tightly.
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty and cold.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass, making sure to catch any fruit pulp.
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry or peach slice on the rim of the glass.
