Water
1 cup
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Granulated sugar
3/4 cup
Raspberries
2 cups, fresh or frozen
Peaches
4 cups, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the diced peaches, raspberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and water.
  2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if desired by adding more sugar or lemon juice.
  4. Pour the sorbet mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually about 20-30 minutes.
  5. Once the sorbet reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 2 hours to allow it to firm up.
  6. When ready to serve, scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones. Garnish with fresh mint or additional berries, if desired, and enjoy!

Tips

  • 💡 For a creamier texture, you can add a splash of coconut milk or yogurt to the mixture before blending.
  • 💡 Feel free to experiment with other fruits such as strawberries or blackberries for a unique flavor twist.
  • 💡 If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.
