Ingredients
- Fresh peaches
- 3, ripe, peeled and pitted
- Sparkling water
- 1 cup, chilled
- Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
- Honey or agave syrup
- 1-2 tablespoons, to taste
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup
- Fresh mint leaves
- a handful, for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and pit the peaches, then cut them into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the peach chunks, sparkling water, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and well combined, adjusting the sweetness with more honey or agave syrup if desired.
- Pour the mocktail into chilled glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Peach Bellini Mocktail!
