Ingredients
- Fresh peaches
- 6 cups, sliced
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon
- Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour

- Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon
- Old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup
- Brown sugar
- 1/3 cup
- Unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup, cold and cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and lemon juice. Toss to coat the peaches evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Add this dry mixture to the peaches and toss until the peaches are fully coated.
- Transfer the peach mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In another bowl, combine old-fashioned oats, brown sugar, and cold cubed butter. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the peach layer in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
