Ingredients

Original recipe serves 6

Mint leaves
a handful, for garnish
Ice cubes
as needed
Granulated sugar
1/2 cup (adjust to taste)
Water
4 cups, divided
Lemons
4, juiced (about 1 cup of lemon juice)
Mangoes
2, peeled and pitted
Peaches
2, peeled and pitted

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the peeled and pitted peaches and mangoes. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl or pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and 2 cups of water.
  3. Pour the blended peach and mango mixture into the lemon-water mixture and stir well.
  4. Add granulated sugar to taste, starting with 1/2 cup, and blend or stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  5. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice as needed.
  6. Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 1 hour to chill and allow the flavors to meld.
  7. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the peach mango lemonade over the ice.
  8. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch and serve chilled.
