Peaches
2, ripe, peeled and pitted
Mango
1, ripe, peeled and pitted
Vanilla protein powder
1 scoop
Almond milk
1 cup, unsweetened
Ice cubes
1 cup
Honey
1-2 tablespoons, to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your fruits: peel and pit the peaches and mango. Cut them into smaller chunks for easier blending.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped peaches and mango.
  3. Add the vanilla protein powder and almond milk to the blender.
  4. Top with ice cubes for a refreshing chill.
  5. Blend the mixture on high speed until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. If the shake is too thick, add a little more almond milk.
  6. Taste the shake and add honey for extra sweetness, blending again to incorporate.
  7. Pour the shake into a tall glass, and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Tips

  • 💡 For a creamier texture, consider adding a banana or a dollop of Greek yogurt.
  • 💡 If you're looking to make it dairy-free, ensure your protein powder is plant-based.
  • 💡 Feel free to substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar for a vegan option.
