Peach Popsicles

Ingredients
- Water (1/2 cup)
- Honey (1/4 cup)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Ripe peaches (4 medium size)
Instructions
- Start by peeling and removing the pit from the peaches. Then, cut them into small chunks.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the peach chunks, lemon juice, honey, and water.
- Blend the mixture until it's smooth and well combined. For a more rustic texture, you can blend it less to leave small peach chunks.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for the popsicles to expand as they freeze.
- Carefully place the popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds. Then, gently pull on the sticks to release them.
- Serve these refreshing peach popsicles immediately and enjoy the taste of summer!
