Ice cubes
1 cup
Honey
2 tablespoons
Plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
1 cup
Ripe peaches
2 large, peeled and pitted
Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/2 cup (optional for thinner consistency)
Chia seeds (optional for added nutrition)
1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling and pitting the ripe peaches, then cut them into slices.
  2. In a blender, combine the peach slices, yogurt, honey, ice cubes, and milk (if using).
  3. If you're adding chia seeds for a nutritional boost, toss them in as well.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with additional honey if desired.
