Peanut Butter Bacon Burger

- Ground beef

- Bacon
- 8 slices
- Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup
- Tomato
- 1, sliced
- Lettuce
- 4 leaves

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties, making a slight indentation in the center to prevent puffing while cooking.
- Cook the burger patties on the grill or skillet for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness (medium-rare is typically around 130°F).
- While the burgers are cooking, in a separate skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
