- Soy sauce

- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Onion
- 1 medium, sliced
- Bell peppers
- 3 cups, sliced (mix of red, yellow, and green)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set the sauce aside.
- Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until it shimmers.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften but still retain some crunch.
- Introduce the minced garlic to the skillet, stirring for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables in the skillet, stirring well to ensure they are evenly coated.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and cling to the vegetables.
