Servings: 8

Ingredients

Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars
2 (49g each), grated
Fresh cream
2 cups
Caramel treat
1 can (360g)
Tennis biscuits
1 packet (200g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a suitable dish and arrange a layer of Tennis biscuits at the bottom.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the fresh cream until stiff peaks form. This will give your tart a light and airy texture.
  3. Smooth out the caramel treat in another bowl to ensure a creamy consistency. Gradually fold this into your whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Spread half of your caramel and cream mixture over the biscuit layer, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Sprinkle half of your grated Peppermint Crisp chocolate over this creamy layer, adding a delightful minty crunch.
  6. Repeat these layers: arrange another layer of Tennis biscuits, spread the remaining caramel and cream mixture, and top with the remaining Peppermint Crisp chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate your tart for at least 1 hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together and the tart to firm up for a better texture and taste.
