
Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
- Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Oregano (1 teaspoon)
- Pepperoni slices (1 cup)
- Mozzarella cheese (2 cups, shredded)
- Tomato sauce (1 cup)
- Pizza dough (1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
- Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt over the cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
