- Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup, shredded
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup, grated
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12x15 inches.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

- Layer the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni, ensuring even coverage.
