- White fish fillets
- 4 (6-ounce) fillets (such as cod, halibut, or tilapia)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, arrange the sliced potatoes in a single layer. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes, or until they begin to soften.
