Ingredients
- Swordfish steaks
- 4 (about 6 ounces each)
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons
- Garlic
- 3 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups, halved
- Green olives
- 1/2 cup, pitted and sliced
- Capers
- 2 tablespoons, rinsed
- White wine
- 1/2 cup
- Fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the swordfish steaks with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, capers, and white wine to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook until the tomatoes start to break down, about 10 minutes.
- Return the swordfish to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the swordfish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the swordfish with the sauce, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
