Ingredients

Green mangoes
2 large, peeled and julienned
Tomatoes
2 medium, diced
Red onion
1 small, thinly sliced
Shrimp paste (bagoong)
2 tablespoons
Vinegar (preferably cane vinegar)
3 tablespoons
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Chili flakes (optional)
1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the julienned green mangoes, diced tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion. Toss gently to mix the ingredients.
