- Hoagie rolls
- 2, split
- Provolone cheese
- 4 slices
- Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear. Once done, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- While the chicken is resting, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
