- 1, sliced Onion

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to create a roux, cooking for about 1 minute until lightly golden.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
