- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) Diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup, sliced Green olives
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Stir occasionally and taste for seasoning, adjusting if necessary.
- Serve the picadillo over cooked rice, with black beans on the side for a hearty meal.
