Heavy cream

4 cups
All-purpose flour
1/4 cup
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Celery
2 stalks, diced
Onions
1 medium, diced
Unsalted butter
3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onions, celery, and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the flour to create a roux, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until the mixture is lightly golden.
  4. Slowly whisk in the clam juice, ensuring there are no lumps. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add the diced potatoes, heavy cream, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
  6. Gently stir in the mixed seafood and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
