1 pound, washed and dried
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Sea salt
to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the pimientos de Padrón to the skillet in a single layer, ensuring they have enough space to blister. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are blistered and slightly charred.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the blistered peppers to a serving plate.
  4. Generously sprinkle the pimientos with sea salt while they are still warm to enhance their flavor.
