Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Pour the marinade over your choice of meat, making sure it's fully coated.
- Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- After marinating, cook the meat as desired. The marinade can also be boiled and used as a sauce.
