1 cup, plain or vanilla
Vanilla protein powder
1 scoop (about 30g)
Coconut milk
1 cup, unsweetened
Pineapple chunks
1 cup, fresh or frozen
Honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon (optional, for added sweetness)
Shredded coconut
2 tablespoons, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
