Tropical Pineapple Ginger Limeade

Ingredients
- A handful for garnish Fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups Ice cubes
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup, adjust to taste Honey
- 1/2 cup, freshly squeezed Lime juice
- 2 inches, peeled and grated Fresh ginger
- 1 medium, peeled, cored, and chopped Pineapple

Instructions
- In a blender, add the chopped pineapple, grated ginger, lime juice, honey, and water.
- Process until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Set a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour the blended mixture into it. Using the back of a spoon, press down on the pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
- Discard the pulp and pour the strained juice into a large pitcher.
- Add the ice cubes and stir well to combine and chill the limeade.
- Serve the pineapple ginger limeade in tall glasses, garnished with sprigs of fresh mint leaves. The mint not only adds a refreshing twist but also elevates the tropical vibe of the drink.
