Tropical Pineapple Ginger Limeade

Ingredients

Fresh mint leaves

a handful for garnish

Ice cubes

2 cups

Water

2 cups

Honey

1/2 cup, adjust to taste

Lime juice

1/2 cup, freshly squeezed

Fresh ginger

2 inches, peeled and grated

Pineapple

1 medium, peeled, cored, and chopped

Instructions

1. In a blender, add the chopped pineapple, grated ginger, lime juice, honey, and water.
2. Process until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
3. Set a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour the blended mixture into it. Using the back of a spoon, press down on the pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
4. Discard the pulp and pour the strained juice into a large pitcher.
5. Add the ice cubes and stir well to combine and chill the limeade.
6. Serve the pineapple ginger limeade in tall glasses, garnished with sprigs of fresh mint leaves. The mint not only adds a refreshing twist but also elevates the tropical vibe of the drink.
7. Enjoy this refreshing drink immediately for best taste and texture. If you're making it ahead of time, add the ice just before serving to prevent dilution.
