Ingredients

Sweetened shredded coconut
2 cups
Crushed pineapple
1 cup, drained
Granulated sugar
3/4 cup
Egg whites
3 large
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
