Ice cubes
1 cup
Honey
1 tablespoon
Yogurt
1/2 cup, plain or vanilla
Mango
1 cup, peeled and pitted
Pineapple
1 cup, peeled and cored

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruits by peeling and pitting the mango and peeling and coring the pineapple. Cut them into chunks suitable for your blender.
  2. Place the prepared mango and pineapple chunks into your blender.
  3. Add the yogurt and honey to the blender, ensuring that the honey doesn't stick to the sides of the blender.
  4. Add the ice cubes last, to make the blending process easier.
  5. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no chunks of fruit or ice remaining. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes depending on your blender's power.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your tropical treat!

Tips

  • 💡 For a vegan version, replace the honey with agave syrup and use a plant-based yogurt.
  • 💡 To make the smoothie thicker, add a half of a frozen banana.
  • 💡 For added nutrition, consider adding a scoop of your favorite protein powder or a handful of spinach – you won't even taste it!
