
Pineapple Mint Iced Tea
This refreshing pineapple mint iced tea is perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- Mint sprigs (for garnish)
- Pineapple slices (for garnish)
- Ice cubes (2 cups)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Boiling water (4 cups)
- Black tea bags (4 bags)
- Fresh mint leaves (1/2 cup)
- Pineapple juice (2 cups)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice and fresh mint leaves.
- Add the black tea bags to the boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and pour the hot tea over the pineapple juice and mint mixture.
- Stir in the honey until dissolved.
- Add the ice cubes and stir until chilled.
- Serve the pineapple mint iced tea in glasses, garnished with pineapple slices and mint sprigs.
