Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves (1 cup, loosely packed)

- Boiling water (4 cups)
- Black tea bags (4 bags)
- Pineapple juice (2 cups, preferably fresh)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the fresh pineapple juice and loosely packed mint leaves. Muddle gently with a wooden spoon or muddler to release the mint's oils.
- Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add the black tea bags to the boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
- Remove the tea bags and pour the hot tea over the pineapple juice and mint mixture in the pitcher.
- Stir in the honey until fully dissolved, tasting to adjust sweetness as needed.
- Add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
