- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup, divided Water
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the pineapple chunks, sugar, 3/4 cup of the water, and lemon juice.
