- 8 (flour or corn, as preferred) Tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fajita seasoning
- 2 cups, drained and rinsed Pinto beans
- 1 large, sliced Onion
- 2 (any colors), sliced Bell peppers
- 1 pound, sliced against the grain Flank steak

Instructions
