1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed
Cream cheese
8 oz, softened
Cheddar cheese
2 cups, shredded
Salsa
1 cup
Cumin
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Fresh cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish)
Tortilla chips
for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the drained pinto beans, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
