- 1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed Lemon juice

- 1 (15-ounce) can, drained and rinsed Chickpeas

Instructions
- Start by draining and rinsing the chickpeas thoroughly under cold water.
