- Tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup
- Tomatoes

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
- Add the lamb or chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they're well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 8 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the meat from the marinade and grill or cook in the skillet for about 5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) for chicken or 145°F (63°C) for lamb.
