Ingredients
- Ripe mango
- 2 cups, diced (about 2 medium mangoes)
- Plain yogurt
- 1 cup
- Water
- 1/2 cup
- Granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Salt

- Ice cubes
- 1 cup
- Ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by peeling and dicing the ripe mangoes into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, yogurt, water, sugar, salt, ice cubes, and ground cardamom (if using).
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy, about 1-2 minutes. Stop to scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary.
- Taste the lassi and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired. Blend again to combine.
