Sparkling Pomegranate Italian Soda

- 2 cups Club soda
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Pure pomegranate juice

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the pure pomegranate juice and granulated sugar. Stirring continuously, bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. This forms your pomegranate syrup.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the pomegranate syrup cool down to room temperature.
- Once cooled, prepare four serving glasses. Fill each glass with ice cubes until half full.
- Evenly divide the cooled pomegranate syrup among the glasses.
- Top each glass with club soda, pouring gently to maintain the fizz. Stir gently to combine the syrup and soda without disturbing the effervescence.
