2 tablespoons for garnishing
Ice cubes
1 cup
Natural Honey
2 tablespoons or to taste
Plain yogurt
1 cup, chilled
Pomegranate juice
1 cup, fresh or packaged

  2. Blend on high speed until it becomes smooth, frothy, and the ice cubes are completely crushed. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes.

  4. Pour the prepared lassi into chilled glasses, leaving some space at the top.
