1/4 cup, for garnish
Whipped cream
1/2 cup, for topping
Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
Pomegranate juice
1/2 cup, preferably fresh
Dark chocolate
2 ounces, chopped
Milk
1 cup (any type you prefer)
Espresso or strong brewed coffee
1 shot (or 1/2 cup)

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
  2. Add the chopped dark chocolate to the hot milk and stir until melted and well combined, creating a luscious chocolate base.
  3. In a separate saucepan, combine the pomegranate juice and sugar over low heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, forming a sweet pomegranate syrup.
  4. Brew a shot of espresso or prepare 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee, depending on your preference.
