Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent. This should take approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Add the thinly sliced pork tenderloin to the skillet. Cook until the pork is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the black beans and taco seasoning. Continue to cook the mixture for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the ingredients are well combined.
