Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent. This should take approximately 5 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced pork tenderloin to the skillet. Cook until the pork is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in the black beans and taco seasoning. Continue to cook the mixture for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the ingredients are well combined.
- In a separate skillet, warm the tortillas over medium heat until they become soft and pliable. This should only take about a minute per tortilla.
