- Pork tenderloin (1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 2 minutes per side.
