- Pork tenderloin (1.5 pounds)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)

- Garlic (1 whole bulb, roasted)
- Butter (1/2 cup, softened)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- To roast the garlic, cut the top off the bulb, drizzle with a little olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until soft and caramelized. Allow to cool slightly, then squeeze the garlic cloves out into a small bowl.
