Grilled Portobello Mushroom Burger

Instructions
- In a shallow dish, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the Portobello mushrooms in the marinade, gill side down. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Place the marinated mushrooms on the grill, gill side down. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until tender.
- In the meantime, toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until they are lightly toasted.
