Chicken pieces (legs, thighs, breasts)

Salt
1 teaspoon, or to taste
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon, or to taste
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Garlic cloves

Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Homemade Piri Piri sauce
1/2 cup
For the Piri Piri Sauce:
Bird's eye chilies

Garlic
2 cloves
Olive oil
1/2 cup
White vinegar
1/4 cup
Salt
1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. To make the Piri Piri sauce, combine bird's eye chilies, garlic, olive oil, white vinegar, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice, Piri Piri sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
