
Pot of Gold Latte
This luxurious and indulgent latte is made with golden turmeric, creamy coconut milk, and a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients
- Ground nutmeg (optional) (for garnish)
- Whipped cream (optional) (for topping)
- Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon)
- Espresso or strong brewed coffee (1/2 cup)
- Coconut milk (2 cups)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Ground ginger (1/2 teaspoon)
- Ground cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
- Turmeric powder (1 teaspoon)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the turmeric powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and honey.
- Add the coconut milk and heat over medium heat until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the espresso or strong brewed coffee and vanilla extract.
- Pour the latte into mugs and top with whipped cream if desired.
- Sprinkle with ground nutmeg for garnish.
