Ingredients

Original recipe serves 4

Potatoes
4 large, cut into fries
Vegetable oil
3 tablespoons
Salt
1 teaspoon, to taste
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon, to taste
Beef gravy
2 cups, homemade or store-bought
Cheese curds
2 cups, fresh

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Tips

  • 💡 For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding chopped fresh herbs like parsley or chives as a garnish.

  • 💡 Experiment with different toppings such as sautéed mushrooms, pulled pork, or jalapeños for a fun twist!
