
Prawn and Scallop Ceviche
This refreshing and tangy prawn and scallop ceviche is made with fresh seafood, citrus juices, and a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- Tortilla chips (for serving)
- Salt (to taste)
- Jalapeno (1, seeded and finely chopped)
- Cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Orange juice (1/4 cup)
- Lemon juice (1/4 cup)
- Lime juice (1/4 cup)
- Scallops (1/2 pound, fresh and thinly sliced)
- Prawns (1/2 pound, peeled and deveined)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice.
- Add the prawns, scallops, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the ceviche chilled with tortilla chips on the side.
