Ingredients
- Cooked prawns
- 1 pound, peeled and deveined
- Iceberg lettuce

- Cocktail sauce
- 1 cup
- Ketchup
- 1/2 cup
- Horseradish sauce

Instructions
- To prepare the cocktail sauce, in a medium bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using). Mix well and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked prawns and the prepared cocktail sauce. Gently fold to coat the prawns evenly.
- On serving plates, create a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce.
- Divide the prawn mixture evenly among the plates, placing it generously on top of the lettuce.
- Garnish each plate with fresh dill and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
