Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza

This delicious pizza features the perfect combination of salty prosciutto and peppery arugula.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Balsamic glaze (2 tablespoons)
  • Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
  • Arugula (2 cups)
  • Prosciutto (4 ounces, thinly sliced)
  • Mozzarella cheese (8 ounces, shredded)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Pizza dough (1 pound)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the pizza dough.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Arrange the prosciutto slices on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
